netlink runs a world-class remote processing operation that services its clients from around the world through its IT-enabled services, in India. It was set up to carry out back office operations for a number of Indian and International businesses in order to leverage the English speaking, highly educated, intellectual capital of India to deliver processes that do not require face-to-face contact with the customer currently servicing clients from all over: America, Asia, Austrialia and Europe.
Within India, netlink is a multi-location organization, with offices and operations running out of major Indian cities.
We have been successfully running a BPO/Call Center operation with a capacity of 1000 Process Associates located in Gurgaon (adjacent to New Delhi), a team of another 100 software engineers, programmers and designers handling the IT solutions division, located in a separate facility in Gurgaon and another 1000 employees focused on creating customer experiences through Loyalty Programs, Direct Marketing and Customer Interaction Centers, located in New Delhi.
Running on a 24/7/365 basis, with 200% power backup through uninterrupted power supplies, training, quality control and processes of international standards.
