Customer Care Specialists (Dubai)
As pivotal members of the operations team, you will respond to customer queries received through email, voice and chat by using CRM tools such as email & voice management systems and chat applications you will deliver high quality response with utmost speed so that each Customer query is resolved in one contact.
You should
- Be graduates with work experience of 0-3 years, preferably in the customer service industry (such as call centers, hotels, travel, paging etc.).

Team Leaders (New Delhi, Dubai)
As a Team Leader, you will manage and develop a team of 10-25 CCS and aid them in delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring that they achieve optimum output, quality and productivity standards.
You will
- Provide hands-on assistance to your team in case of problems, both, through direct intervention and mentoring
- Be a single point of contact with the team and the senior management through effective communication on key deliverables and soft issues.
- Ensure quality reporting and work with Operations Manager to build a highly effective measurement and reward systems based on empirical data
- Assist in scheduling and time management.
- Periodically interact with the middle and senior management of our client companies
